Let's take a dip in the energy and enthusiasm of Zumba. Join Zumba Live Online Classes for some fun dance based workout, where you would be instructed by a Certified Zumba trainer to move on rhythms of Zumba routines. This Zumba dance workout is completely curated for Senior Citizens, so you can just jump into it and break the shackles of boredom, inactivity and lack of travel.

Zumba dance classes will be conducted 3 days a week - every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11:00 - 11:45 AM. You can opt for any of the following options -

  • Trial Package: 1 Class - Fee Rs 150

  • 2 Weeks Package: 2 classes every week - total 4 classes - Fee Rs 500
  • 2 Weeks Package: 3 classes every week - total 6 classes - Fee Rs 750

  • 4 Weeks Package: 2 classes every week - total 8 classes - Fee Rs 900
  • 4 Weeks Package: 3 classes every week - total 12 classes - Fee Rs 1250

* If you want to join 1 or 2 class per week, please contact us to know the fee.

* Fee is inclusive of taxes.

* Fee paid for trial package will be adjusted, if you decide to continue.

* Seats are limited to maintain small-group of participants to ensure personal attention from the trainer. Please book in advance.


What is Zumba?

With moves adapted from samba, salsa, cumbia, Zumba is a wonderful dance based workout routine to stay active and fit. Zumba is known to contribute in maintaining a healthy heart, improving mobility and enhancing cognitive function. Zumba dance rhythm specially modulated for senior citizens, helps to improve balance, flexibility and heart rate. Regular practice of a 45-minute dance routine that combines simple movements into a long sequence can improve brain function and responsiveness in the elderly.

About The Trainer:

The class will be conducted by a certified Zumba trainer with experience in training Zumba dance moves to students of age 8 to 80.

Is Zumba safe for Senior Citizens ?

Zumba dance is considered a safe fitness activity for seniors. Zumba's rhythms can be oriented to be slow and fun for seniors. Practicing Zumba twice or thrice a week, helps to protect your joints and muscles while raising your heart rate and improving your balance, posture, and coordination. Our Zumba trainer would specially curate interesting and easy to do steps for our sessions.


Who Should Avoid Zumba?

For certain medical conditions Zumba may not be advisable.
1) If you suffer from severe back pain or severe knee pain or any previous spinal cord injuries.
2) If you have heart problems.
3) If you have Asthma.

How to Join this workshop?

- To join the workshop, register from ' Join The Workshop' link. Registration with payment is mandatory and limited seats are available for this workshop.
- The workshop will be conducted online over 'Zoom App'.
- Install Zoom app from Google Play store or Apple App Store if you plan to use mobile phone.
